 The apartments at Indigo at McLean Station will open for move-ins in two phases.  Phase I will open for occupancy the latter half of May 2026.  Phase II will open for occupancy at the end of the year in 2026. We are unable to provide exact dates for Phase II at this time (2/4/26) as they could change should we experience delays.

Indigo at McLean Station offers a variety of apartments to suit different needs, including studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom options. The apartment sizes range from approximately 413 square feet to approximately 1190 square feet. For detailed floor plans and availability, please visit the official Indigo at McLean Station website.

​Yes, Indigo at McLean Station will offer 3-bedroom apartments. However, these apartments will not be available until Phase II of the community is open.
Details on 3-bedroom apartments:

• Availability: The 3-bedroom apartments are part of Phase II, which is scheduled for first occupancy in late 2026.
• Pre-leasing: Prospective residents can expect pre-leasing for these apartments to begin approximately 120 days before the occupancy date.
• Income restrictions: All 3-bedroom apartments will be available to households that qualify at either the 50% or 70% income level.

For the most up-to-date information, it is recommended to sign up for the community's VIP list to receive notifications on pre-leasing dates.

​As a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community, Indigo at McLean Station will only be offering 12-month lease terms. This policy ensures the community remains in compliance with the affordable housing program guidelines.

​Garage parking is available at Indigo at McLean Station for a monthly fee of $125. While spaces are offered to residents, availability is limited and is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. A maximum of one space per apartment is permitted while spaces remain. As an affordable housing community in Tysons Corner, we aim to provide valuable amenities at a reasonable price for our residents.

Yes, Indigo at McLean Station is a pet-friendly community, welcoming both dogs and cats. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500 and then $50 per pet per month in pet rent.  A maximum of two pets per apartment is allowed and when you have a pet, renters insurance with liability coverage is required.

Indigo at McLean Station welcomes all dog breeds and sizes, including large breeds like German Shepherds, Labradors, and Pit Bulls. There are no weight limits or breed restrictions for dogs at this community.

Indigo at McLean Station  provides limited garage parking for residents with one space per apartment while spaces remain available. The monthly cost for these spaces is $125 per month. All parking spaces are unreserved, and the community reserves the right to limit the number of spaces per apartment based on the number of residents with vehicles. The availability of guest parking will be determined only after resident parking needs are met and assessed.
