I'm interested in living at Indigo at McLean Station. When will the apartments be available?
The apartments at Indigo at McLean Station will open for move-ins in two phases. Phase I will open for occupancy the latter half of May 2026. Phase II will open for occupancy at the end of the year in 2026. We are unable to provide exact dates for Phase II at this time (2/4/26) as they could change should we experience delays.

Yes, Indigo at McLean Station will offer 3-bedroom apartments. However, these apartments will not be available until Phase II of the community is open.

What is the cost for parking at Indigo at McLean Station, and is a space guaranteed with my apartment?
Garage parking is available at Indigo at McLean Station for a monthly fee of $125. While spaces are offered to residents, availability is limited and is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. A maximum of one space per apartment is permitted while spaces remain. As an affordable housing community in Tysons Corner, we aim to provide valuable amenities at a reasonable price for our residents.
Does Indigo at McLean Station allow pets?
Yes, Indigo at McLean Station is a pet-friendly community, welcoming both dogs and cats. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500 and then $50 per pet per month in pet rent. A maximum of two pets per apartment is allowed and when you have a pet, renters insurance with liability coverage is required.
